I’m interested in obtaining a formal estimate for my project, so what is the first step?

Contact us by email, phone or online form to schedule an in-home or ‘virtual’ consultation. We’ll be in touch with you in less than 24 hours.

What is the timeframe for completing a project?

That depends on the complexity of the project. Your Project Manager will provide a detailed timeline for the project prior before any construction begins.

What is the schedule for paying for my project?

You will be provided a Draw Schedule with your formal project proposal.

Am I required to be home during the entire remodeling process?

No.  Many of our clients request the installation of a lockbox at their home to allow for our personnel to enter/leave the home during normal working hours.  If a client prefers to be home while the work is underway, we happily accommodate those requests.

Construction is by nature, a dirty/dusty process. How will you protect the rest of my home from dust contamination?

Prior to the start of demolition, ‘dust containment walls’ or chambers, will be constructed aimed at limiting the spread of dust & contaminants to other areas of the home.  In addition, a commercial HEPPA air scrubber is installed within the demolition area to help filter these contaminants.  Lastly, we cover all flooring in the area of the project, with a heavy-duty Ram Board as added protection.

What type of remodeling projects are performed by Reliant Construction Group?

RCG is a full-service general contracting firm.  While our primary focus is Bathroom and Kitchen renovations, we also provide ‘whole home’ remodeling services including but not limited to the removal of load-bearing walls, flooring installation and painting.
