Our Process

When you work with Reliant Construction Group to remodel your home, you will experience unparalleled professionalism and customer service from the initial quote through completion of the project. Our remodeling services follow a simple 8-step process that ensures a defined and complete scope of work, timeliness in completing the project and a final product that exceeds expectations.

Step 1

A company representative will immediately respond to the inquiry with a return email and/or phone call to discuss your general plans and budget for the project.

Step 3

An in-home visit by an RCG representative will be scheduled to take measurements and photos of the spaces to be remodeled and to discuss the project in more detail.

Step 4

A formal proposal will be provided to you within a week of inspection. A proposal will detail the specifics of the scope of work to be performed and the cost for project.

Step 5

Once the formal proposal has been reviewed and a preliminary acceptance made to move forward, an in-home meeting is scheduled with the Senior Project Manager to inspect the space and answer any remaining questions regarding the process or our company.

Step 6

Clients are provided contact information for the companies’ primary material suppliers. These suppliers employ designers who assist RCG clients free-of-charge during the material selection process.

Step 7

Materials selections are made and ordered. Projects typically do not begin until all materials are onsite. This unique feature of the RCG process provides for a very efficient and streamlined project timeline.

Step 8

The Senior Project Manager provides oversees the project from start to finish, providing clients ongoing updates and complete assistance throughout the course of the project.
