At Reliant Construction Group, our mission is to provide our clients with the highest quality of construction and craftsmanship and a streamlined remodeling process. Our company was founded on the principles of delivering consistent quality, communicating with our clients throughout the project and creating new spaces that will be enjoyed for years to come.

Our Story

Reliant Construction Group, LLC is a full-service construction company, which specializes in an array of home remodeling projects.  In 2010, owner, Jim Meystedt, made the decision to leave a 30-year career in the steel industry, to become an entrepreneur.  With an industrial engineering degree and lifetime love of construction, Jim purchased a local construction firm which specialized in restoring homes damaged by fire, water or storms.

In 2016, he partnered with Lowes Home Improvement stores in Middle Tennessee acting as the general contracting arm of their Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling Program.  During a two-year period, over 400 remodeling projects were completed. The company viewed affectionately by Lowes as the ‘contractor who offers clients white glove service’, was the benchmark for quality and integrity within the Lowes group of general contractors.

In the spring of 2019, in an effort bring clarity and focus to its remodeling efforts, a decision was made to create a new company which would focus solely on remodeling homes in the Middle Tennessee area. Hence, Reliant Construction Group, LLC, was born.
